Default Fullsac Performance

Bang for the buck: Fullsac Performance was the ticket for me....

I was looking to spend the $400 - $1,200 on a true dual kit or a 2into1 system, but Iwanted to keep some $$ in my pocket, and not have to purchase another $200 - $600 for an ignition system, then have to spend more $$ on getting tunned correctly...

The Fullsac Performance True Dual Kit installedin about 1 hour and woke up my 96" beast.
Running SE Mufflers with SE Stage 1 kit

The technical support was fast,Steve helped me on all my questions, no matter how stupid they were , as his instructions came with pictures..

I installed the Torres True Duals conversion which is almost exactly the same as the fullsac. With the Torres kit you get chromed pipes and 2 new heat shields. I would recommend the Torres kit but they recently raised the price to the point where you can get a complete V&H dresser duals system on Ebay for nearly the same price.
I'm happy with the Torres kit. Looks great and the fit is perfect.
Glad to hear your Fullsac kit worked for you. I think true duals is the way to go especially to get rid of that hot pipe on the right side.

What about the o2 sensor in the back pipe. Does the Fullsac accomodate that.

They have the bung for the O2, I also have them. Takes about a hour to do the swap.

The recently upgraded their site and changed the address. Here it is:

http://www.torrescycle.com/

Like I said, they are charging a lot of their kit. They are very nice parts however. The heat shields are heavier than stock and very nicely chromed. The pipes also feel somewhat thicker than stock. Just so you know, you do have to cut one of the stock heat shields for the rear pipe so that their new heat shield covers it. I didn't expect this but found it to be a simple fix that you can't see since their shield covers the cut. I'm happy with the kit although I would buy a V&H dresser duals system at the current price of the Torres kit. I paid $260 shipped.

The Fullsac system didn't do anything for the performance when you installed it. I have Dyno'd the three sets installed here and most made less power than original head pipe. with SERT only increased about 4 horse. No heat shield and so called ceramic coating come off inthe amount of time to test ride. Torres would be prefered. Don't compare a dual conversion kit with a true dual performance system. No comparison in price or performance. Pick your preference, not always cost.

Dont be afraid of the Fullsac conversion. I have had one on my bike for around 10,000 miles now the pipes still look like they were new. The heat shield thing really isnt that big of a deal, it can be overcome fairly easy. As far as performance, it by itself isnt going to do much without doing a stage one at the same time and you will get some better numbers.
