Do you just plug the Alpine into the back of the HK stereo like the Hogtunes amp?

I have a hawgwired, a bit on the expensive side, but it fits on top of you radio in the fairing, and they also have systems that are plug and play. The amp I have isn't plug and play but so easy to hook up it might as well be.
