if you use a condor chock, you fasten to the rear floor board mounts and bring the rachet straps forward at a 30 degree angle. None needed on the front fork.
I have an Aluma open trailer that has given me good service. It's made mostly of aluminum, so it is very light weight. Mine is set up in a single bike configuration, but it is available for two bikes as well. I especially like the full width ramp that allows me to ride the bike up onto the trailer to load it. I bought mine for $1200 used; I think they run about $1700 new.
