Ultra HD amp installation
Anybody installed the HD amp that goes under the tourpack? In the book, it shows the amp and states that a wiring harness is also required. I would guess that it is plug and play, but don't have a manual (or even the bike yet, it is due in a month). I hate to give the dealer a couple hours of labor charges if it is just a simple install.I understand the are other options like Hogtunes, but wanted to stick with the HD amp.

Hey SteveO, I thought seriously about that, but all the 110 problems being reported scared me off on the CVO. maybe i'm just too paranoid, best of luck with that CVO.

I almost bought the amp with my bike, but decided not to and am glad. I didn't like the idea of an amp under the tourpack and in the way if I wanted to remove it all. The Hogtunes goes under the fairing is out of the way and is a better deal too......
