Default 07 Front Wheel

Hi,
I just bought a used 07 RK Classic with 600miles on it. I have notice when pushing bike a rubbing sound iscoming from front wheel and when going very slow I can hear a squeak coming from front wheel.
I bought service manual and it appears the spacers are on the wrong sides short and long. What I want to know does the fact the bike has a different wheel then the stock and different disk then describe in the manual. The wheel it has is the "Mirror Chrome ThunderStarâ„¢ Custom Wheel" it was dealer installed along with the "ThunderStarâ„¢ Custom Floating Brake Rotors" change the installation of the spacers postion? And if that is the problem it should be covered under the warrenty?

Pull the calipers apart or just eye ball the rotors to see if the rotors are in the exact center of the caliper. The wheel should spin freely.

600 miles ain't nothin, I'd consider it new. A lot of them scrub the front pads, I'd say after you ride it a while and get the pads wore in a little you won't hear it. You will hear the pads making a noise when you apply your brakes. kind of a buzzing sound, have to be in the right place to hear it but it's there.
