I just purchased through ebay a dust cover for my Ultra that will be used for storage. The brand is Bikes undercover it has velcro cutouts for the antenna. It cost only $21 and is breathable and claimed to not scratch the bike. Anyone use this cover? Was wondering how it is.

For the most part it won't give you any deep scratches but.... and that's a big but, it will produce some swirl and rub marks around the antenna's on the tour pack... Vivid black bikes are scratch and swirl mark magnets.
anything touching the bike will cause some marks.... Not really bad but some people are really concerned...
cotton lined covers get dirty and hold the dirt which causes swirls..
I guess I should add that I do have a climate controlled room just off of my main garage that I keep the bike in. Also have fans running 24/7 to keep humidity down.
Is there a good cover out there that is rain-proof? I'm sure there is, but does anyone have a recommendation. The HD ones are of course a little spendy. I don't mind the money as long as its a good one. I ride year-round and while a little rain won't hurt the bike, I'm a little sensitive about sitting in a puddle of water. I lost the army poncho I used to use on my old bikes years ago.
