I've had My 2007 Road Glide for about three months now. Since the bike was new I've had this annoying squeak that seems to be coming for the front of the bike somewhere. It sounds like a mouse. I only hear it when the bike gets warm and I accelerate hard. Usually when the tach hits around 3000 rpm. It doesn't matter what gear I'm in or how fast I'm going. I checked for exhaust leaks, checked the belt tension, tightened all the heat shields, checked every nut or bolt that I could find. I changed to 2" Rush slip ons, a pcIII and a big sucker air cleaner. The bike runs great, much cooler, no transmission noise, and I can now use sixth gear at around 50 mph. It still makes the same noise.
Try putting some lube of any kind on the rubber muffler mounts. The ones on top.
I know you said it seems like it comes from the front but sound moves around
alot.
