I just used silicone adhesive to attach it to the inside of the fender skirt, but pinching it between the fender and the skirt is a good idea. That would make it nearly impossible to fall off.

I made the contact area so it covers the entire inside of the skirt. Plenty of "real estate" for the adhesive to hold on to that way. I had one on my 2005 FLHT that was on for 5 years or so.

I did make one mistake on the 2005. I trimmed the flap so it was just a tiny fraction of an inch above the road surface. That worked fine until I hit some gravel or even a single rock. It would scoop it up and it'd rattle around in the fender, making a noise that sounded like a handful of ball bearings and a live duck in a Hamilton Beach blender. I trimmed it up about an inch or two and it has worked great ever since.

It's a straight shot from one to the other on my 2015 Ultra Classic. Maybe the perspective of the photo makes it appear crooked, but it's straight as an arrow in real life.

Try opening up the picture with a different program. Right click and then select something other than what your default is.

Good Luck
I had that done on a set of Road House Duallies. It worked like a charm and smoothed out the popping!

Here's my Garage Door Opener. I know it's way overdone, but here is mine anyway. I soldered a momentary switch ($3 from Radio Shack) to the 2 contacts and installed it in the empty switch housing on the dash next to the ignition switch. I used 3M Command Strips to attach it to the backside of the dash so I can replace the battery when needed. No hard wire required. I never had to solder before and it took me a few tries to get it right (good thing there are 9 sets of contacts on the remote) LOL.

Did you use a Ram-B-201U between the mount and the GPS Cradle?

Hey Gary I used the Triangle mount(With 2 holes 1 on each point) as that what fit on the GPS cradle for the TOM TOM.

Have not done to much riding with it on there>It did shake a bit not much .Next step if I have to is drill her right through into the fairing but would like to stay away from that. I am going to hard wire it to the front lights once the wires come from China!
