Jack your bike up grab the front wheel give it a spin, the wheel should make 3 to 4 complete revolutions before stopping.

I've never had a bike where the front wheel will spin 3 or 4 revolutions. My 02 Dyna was tight, but my 08 Ultra is even tighter....the Ultra is actually kind of hard to spin even a quarter turn. I've been told they are suppose to be that way....not sure why.

My pads do not drag at all. I grab my rotors after a ride when I do not use the brakes for a while (knowing I am going to do this) and they are cold. That is just me and what I set mine up for.

sounds like your passenger leg is not positioned on the axle correctly thus draggin pad on the rotor.

You really do not have any choice. There is no adjustment to make the wheel spin any differently. You could change pads Lyndalls do not drag.

When the caliper pistons are dirty and/or pitted, the pistons will not retract thus the pads drag. The sinister brake pad material coats your caliper, corrodes your steel or chrome wheels, discolors your painted or powder coated wheels & caliper pistons with this sinister brake pad dust. Unless your pads are too thick or you have something out of adjustment, your wheel should spin relatively free. Yes, dragging brake pads are not normal. do not let anyone tell you any different. Do with this info what you want.
