under $50 do it yourself mods...

hey ya'll this was started in the dyna forum but i figured i woudl post it out here for any other ideas! It is a list of cheap mods and do it yourself tips... add on let see what we can come up with!!!

Brake light flashers on my tourpack from signal dynamics. Costs $29.00. When anyone tailgates I touch the brake and they back off. It has probably safed my a$$ many times when stopped at a light. They blink 3 times then hold steady then blink 3 times then repeats until you let go of the brake.

My less than $5 board extensions all grade 8 hardware just rattle canned but for the price can do it again if needed

I vented the crankcase on my Harley to the ground with a piece of chrome toilet tubing. Looks great and it only cost about $5.
I built a 2" longer swingarm for my Sportster last winter for under about $40.

good link but lets see some bagger DIY modas for under $50. I like the clean gloss black axle nut covers. There has to be a ton of creative minds out there that have info to share!

Hiden atenna from autoparts store... flexible rubber antenna stuffup under the dash and zippie tied to the backside of the radio works fine.

Rear suspension air-valve relocator kit for $29. Not only did it cure a leak I had from the factory, it allows me to add another cheap DIY mod.....bolting or locking my bags. I can do both without one interfering with the other.
