Default Chroming front fork legs.
Can I have the front fork legs chromed? If this just as simple as having them powder coated?

Yes, and basically yes. The price is usually 150-180 per pair. A good shop will turn out chromed legs that look much better than the HD ones. Lots of the HD ones are wavy from too little polishing.
