Hey John.... I wonder if you should "tag along" for this exercise....???....
Not only would it be great to have a field report from an observer, just think how bad this cat would feel after getting SPANKED by two big ole road sofa's!
Heck, he might just have to go buy a new bike like a 110..... And then you could simply administer the same whoop'n to that one too!
He will be riding a Road King too. I hope we get to ride, it was extremely windy today. I decided not to wash the bike. When it's all cleaned up people tend to walk around it and stare and I didn't hide the blue buttons yet. I told you I'm planning for this surprise.
Phil,
On my breather tube, can I run it by my front cylinder pushrod and down by the cam case? I think that is the shortest route down.
Couple of thoughts. Stay on his left so he doesn't see the releases. Wrap them with black electrical tape just in case. And wipe that smirk off your face, it'll give you away!
I ran it across the transmission towards the back of the bike and over and down behind the swingarm. Tiestraped it in place and it looks good to me.
Use braided stainless covered rubber hose and chrome ends.
Manish... here is part of the setup you already started... "the larger the motor the less it is affected by change in the atmospheric conditions.... as anydrag racer knows...the smaller motors respond better in cold weather (like you already said) BECAUSE the colder the air the more the aircondenses.... and the more condensed the air the greater the requirements fora greater amount of fuel and thus a smaller motor will respond substantially better when the weather turns cold than a larger motor". He may be content... till warm weather.... in the mean time have him help pay for your fun, as his pride will kill him before he finds out...
So how'd ya do? I'd like to have been there too just to see his reaction when you ran off from him and then again when you two stopped to talk about it. Can't imagine the questions that he'll have for you when he asks how you smoked him.
