08 tanks are a snap to pull now without the old style crossovers. The front fender is easy as well, just be careful with the magnetized bearings for the speed sensor if you have ABS on it. The rear fender is slightly harder, but easier being that it is on a road king than a full dresser with a tourpak.

It really isn't a big deal provided you have a way to lift the bike.The wheels have to come off,then it is childs play.Unless you are not confident in your ability to put it back together.
