I have an 01 ultra and am basically converting it to a street glide, ( took the rear tour bag off). Any one have any suggestions on what to do with all the excess speaker wire and antenna wire. I will probly put a badlander type seat on it and I really dont wanna chop the wires off in case i wanna go back to the original set up.
Antenna - I would recommend you go to a hidden under the fairing.... The others wires roll and stuff them in the open area in front of the battery compartment under your seat...
I moved the speaker plugs from the speaker housing to the battery area. Now the wire harnes stays with the tour pak. I went with the hidden antenna and moved the wire to the front of the battery. No wires under my seat.
