Default Hand grips

I put on a set of Kuryakan Iso-grips a few months ago,I don't really like the feel of them and the larger diameter from stock doesn't give me a secure hold,I'll re-install the stock grips but was lookingfor any other alternative grips that would be worth trying.I like the diameter of the stock but would like a more comfortable feel if that is possible.Any suggestions as to make and model that would be the same size as stock?

No help to you but a good point to add in recomendation about the ISO grip being larger than stock. I personally sport gorilla paws so they work great for me. Hope you find something that works.

I am a fan of the HD Aileron grips. They came stock on my 03' Deuce.....and I found them to be just the ticket.....nice looks, no vibration, perfect contour...and just the right mix of rubber and chrome.

I put the HD rubber grips on my 08 UC, they might be slightly larger than stock, but not as big as the iso-grips. These look better than the stock grips, have chrome end caps and chrome rings around the inside end. To me they have a better feel than the stock grips and don't seem to bleed black if your hand sweat a bit (although I usually wear some kind of glove).

I got a set of Performance Machine Renthal grips from forum member Shooter 64 and really love them. They are super comfortable, give a very secure feeling, and come in black or chrome, they are by far the best grips I have had on any bike.

I had a similar problem, more or less...... I put some contoured chrome and rubber grips on my Street Glide. They were bigger than the stock ones. When I wore my gauntlets, which had padded inserts in the palms, I could barely get a strong grip on the bars. This gave me a couple "oh ****" moments.. I went back to the stock grips.
My next choice was to change out my handlebar to a smaller diameter one.... or go with gloves without padded palms..

for what it's worth...

I put on those HD cushion grips. A little bigger than stock, so not to bad in summer, but when its cold out with thicker gloves, it feels much thicker (the grips that is!) but ya get used to it.
