Went to the HD home page in an effort to send an e-mail to Moco. Seems they don't want to hear from the ones who keep them in business. I had a few nice comments to make about HD. I guess I get out my .39 cents and go postal.
Message reads Sorry, we're unable to receive e-mail at this time. Same message was posted months and months ago.
Are they just avoiding us.. not want to be bothered? Would the many e-mails clog the server? Do they think HD owners are too lazy to send snail mail?
Any reason why they don't accept e-mails?
Seems like an effective way to communicate in today's business world.
I also attempted to contact HD by email. I just called the number listed on that same page. I ended up speaking with a women named Kate about a problem with my SG. She was very receptive to my problem and called my local HD dealer right away. I was very happy with there quick response and eagerness to help. Try that route.
I think that they just don't want to put up with all the anti H-D crap from the dirt loving tree huggers and hate mongers. Like that guy that has the hate H-D site, I'm sure that a following like that could put anyones server into a denial of service state in no time! Or even crash the site.
H-D I'm sure gets enough satisfaction knowing its products are selling hand over fist and those who are serious about contancting the MoCo do!
........and probably have to assign a dedicated employee to answer
