Stopped by to see Kim and his new shop. Very impressive and is huge! We talked about his new bagger (American Bagger Mag 7/2007) he is building. All I can say is that he has this thing dialed in. All of Kim's rides are sharp, but man, I love this bagger. He's making changes as he goes along. One change that I liked is he's got the scoot with a pretty nice fairing but will offer the Road Glide unit if one desires to switch. Also, he's making it with Ipod hookups (or whatever you like). Kim has always been doing what the customer asks and the paints are what you would expect! Nothing short of outstanding. The following is a list of what is normally standard:
200 Tire dropseat chassis w/rubbermounted drivetrain
Custom Sheet metalby KC Creations
Polished S&S 124" Engine
Polished 6 SpeedTransmission
Chrome 4 Piston Brakes
11/4" H-Bars w/Hyd. Clutch & Chrome Hand Controls
Chrome Hidden Axle Fork Assembly
LED Taillights Built In Rear Filler Panel
Chrome Wheels w/Matching Pulley & Rotors
Extensive Sheetmetal Work & Paint, e-mail for more pics
CD Player w/4 Speakers
1 Year Factory Warranty
He is also about to turn loose a 250 tire with a baker drive (3", I think) that will only be an inch wider...pretty neat. A bagger that will haul, turn and make the roadway disappear behind you. To set the record straight, I'm writing this because I think Kim and his operation are first rate. I don't own one of his bikes and don't work for him. I believe word of mouth has value. And for a bike around $39K- $45K, this one has my interest. Check out Kim Suter's website!!
