So all of you ZUMO GPS people, it sounds like you can receive XM radio through that, then I guess you have to plug another wire into the auxilary input on the stereo? I sure don't want to try to get the music on the FM tuner, I hate that. Is the ZUMO only XM radio compatible? Not sirius?

Did anyone make any progress on the sirius scc1 interface? goodwrnch03 was going to check with peripheral electronics on it.

I have not called Peripheral yet. I was waiting to go over to the custom car audio shop in Buford and let them look at it.

He has told me he can modify the HD harness and the Sirius car connect kit to talk to each other just have not had time to do this. Been extremely busy lately...

Thanks. When you find something out, please let us know. I like Sirius better than XM and the Harley setup is outrageously overpriced.

i was playing around with my buddies nuvi 660 and ran an 1/8 plug wire from the unit to the aux input, turn it on and hit the the where to screen. i hit the home button the came over the head unit. i then placed a sd card with some acdc on it and while the mp3 was playing that voice came through the head unit again. i would like to know if anybody has a hk radio with xm and has tried play the gps through it?

I have been reading this entire thread, and was just curious if there has been any advancement in this whole satellite radio through our stock deck w/o having to pay the $500 the stealership wants. Anyone?

Radio shack, FM modulator, 30 bucks. Installs in series with the antenna, tune to a preset FM station and control XM sound from your factory controls. You still need to manually change stations on the receiver but other then that, it's a sanp.
