I have Dairyland as well and have had it for quite a few years. I filed my 1st claim in May 05 and was settled in 30 days. The wreck was in SC and I live in AL. They were 1st rate about the towing reimbursement and getting the paperwork taken care of. My friends bike was also invloved in the crash and his bike was taken care of almost as fast. The hold up on his was the HD dealer trying to get the parts for a SE Electra Glide. In fact he just got the front fender last week. So i think they are pretty good myself.

There are discounts for Rider's Course, multiple bikes, alarm system, etc.
