no brainer - help your parents. pick up an old honzuki dirt bike to terrorize the neighbors. build a motocross track around the perimeter of your farm - you'll own the whole valley when they move.

If you want to be a farmer, and that is what you really want to do for a living, then by all means buy out your parents. You'll get your Harley from the first crop maybe the second. As for the neighbors, smile sweetly at them, and they will smile back. Let your parents stay in thier home if they want, and build yourself a home on their property, farm your adjacent land. Its all good.

Sounds like you have good credit. Buy the family farm on credit -6% intrest. Go buy the ultra thru HD credit, they will finance almost anyone. Take your cash and build your house on your new family farm and ride your new ultra and park it in your new garage. Be sure and wave at the amish when you ride by. Its all good. Peace.
