Has anyone tried one of these? I looked at V&H website and it appears as though settings are available on-line. I went ahead and ordered a set of Oval slip-ons (they appear to have about the same back-pressure as stock, but, with a great sound) and will probably need to enrichen the injectors a bit - this seems like a good way to go as opposed to the PC.
Primo did you run with slip ons but without the Fuelpak? I have the V&H turn down slip ons and have been thinking what do I want to do, SERT, Power Commander etc.., to me the Fuelpak seems like the easist and most economical option. I am not look for huge HP just to have it run better through the power band. I can tell with the Stage 1 flash it runs VERY rich, the popping on decel actually doesn't bother me other than I know that is un-burnt fuel.

No, I installed at the same time. A buddy had V&H's with the Stage1 and also had a lot of popping and hotter than normal pipes in his estimation. He got the Fuelpak and was really happy with the results.
If you are like me and aren't going much further than the stage 1 and pipes then I would say go for the fuelpak. Low cost. Simple install. Even more simple to program.
The other options SERT, etc work great but were really much more than I needed on my '05 RKC. Same goes for my yet to be purchased replacement bike.
Guys, I just completed install of V&h oval slipons with the new k&n stage one kit and the PClll. Let me tell you something, it is awesome!!! never expected the bike to run so good and have the acceleration that it has. no decel popping at all. I did it all myself and very uncomplicated. Motofuel programed the PClll and did a great job.

I have a set on my 06 Ultra and LOVE em. I had the dealer put them on before I left the shop with my new bike. They did the Harley download for $149.00. I didn't like the idea of a computer overideing the main computer.
