can ayone give complete instruction on switching to Firefox from IE. I dont have the confidence in my computer skills to attempt this without some exact detailed instructions. This is so slow i load the stove and get dressed for work and the page still doesnt come up only thing that appears is in the bottom left corner states "Done, but with errors on page". Man is it annoying. Thanks

As Hack suggested, just download it to your desktop. Once the download is complete double click it and follow the installation prompts. It's very simple and user friendly. It can import all of your Internet Explorer bookmarks/favorites, cookies, and passwords for you. Once it's installed always use the Firefox icon to launch your browser instead of clicking on the old Internet Explorer "E" icon on your desktop.
I'm an ASP developer and my company standard requires us to code for IE, but my choice for non work related browsing is Firefox.
