If they are smog related in anyway Keep them. Re-stack the storage. Non smog stuff e-bay or this web-site.

Kept most of mine and ended up reshaping some into other parts. Son and I have built a few nice bar hoppers with them too. Never know what a set of sportster foot pegs can turn into. Exhausts have proven to very good to create custom pipes too. Seems we always have someone needing one thing or another. Works out good for bartering.

ORIGINAL: Cycleman6

I keep all of mine, so that I can put the bike back to stock and sell the aftermarket parts when trading/selling.

KEEP THEM! You can then put them back on if you ever trade in or sell, and if you keep it 40 yrs, then you got a classic with all original parts :-)

I have an 06 Road King with all the stock 88 inch parts, cams, flywheel, stock exhaust too... How much can you really get for them?

I try to get rid of it here. Every six months or so I relist what I have. Some things I know will never go like stock floor boards. But you never know.

I hold on to all my stock parts and hardware. I do all my own wrenching on mine and my buddies' bikes. More than a few times I've dove into my stash of take off stuff to fix a bike. You never know when you'll need a part.
