RE: lowering street glide
IfI could figure out how to post picturesI would show what it looks like in 6" of snow.......seriously check out this ebay item # 130195607294...this guy has photos an shows the bracket, I opted for the adjustable ones, he has fixed ones. Do a search for "harley touring lowering kit". Now I see 3" lower brackets avail...that I dont think will work without tearing something up....HARD BAGS are a must as the shocks lay down ...or back farther and will interfer with leather bags or so I am told. I like them , they work. The ride is a little harsher than stock but nothing to worry about.
I slammed mine an 1.25 and no rubby rubby............150 Metz and no rubby. MyOEM rear shocks have the same 12psi and rides EXACTLYTHE SAMEexcept a little lower. Now, im 238lbs and like i said no rubbing issues.
