I stopped by the stealership today. To inquire about new handle bars for my 08 Rk apparently the shop foreman figured out how to modify 08 heritage bars to fit a Rk. Its 54.00 dollars for the handle bars and 2 1/2 hours labor. So i figure with a new set of iso grips should be able to get it all done for 350 to 400 dollars. Just waiting for income tax money than will post pics when i get everything finished. Cant wait handlebars is the only i really dislike about my rk.

apparently its a rather simple install just need to drill an extra hole because of internal wiring. They had just finished doing it on an employees bike looks sweet.

The money you will save buying the police bars already suited for the wiring will save you laboror itcan be done yourself. They are Heritage bars set up for an 08 wiring. No mods needed.
