Hey Cooper, I am actually 6 foot tall,. I am actually looking for a shorter windshield than the stock one. I believe I have settled on the 9 inch model. Steve
I sat on a SE Ultra at the Dealer today and I believe there windshield is 9or 9.5 inches tall, really liked the feel of it..

The way you can measure what windshield you need is this -
sit on your bike, have someone take a 4' level and hold it at your eye level, then measure down 2" from that height and mark it on your stock windshield, measure from that line down to the top of the fairing............that is the height of the windshield you need.
