try to stay in business without customers lets see how long it will last.....The biggest cause of business failure is not taking care of the #1 person, the customer.Some customers will never be pleased but the majority just want to be taken cared of nicely and efficient and dont lie to them.

There are some bad dealers and service people out therefor sure. However, Iknow for aFACT that some customers canNOT be pleased. They are few and far between, but when some"customers" walk in,the people in the dealership want to just dig a hole and crawl into it. These people always want something for nothing, and anything that is done for them is not nearly good enough. Like I said there are not many this way,but it doesn`t take many to go a long long way.
