HA! The weather here is so nice today I'd rather be riding than wrenching, but I don't want to back pedal. Like your way of thinkin!

I ran the O2 sensor wire under the front of the engine and down the right frame rail and the connector ends up about even with the back of thefoot board and the wire and connector from the computer is long enough to reach up to there. This is on a '07 Road King, but the distance should be the same as an '06.

The two wires from the computer are different lengths, are you sure that you haven't used the longer one for the rear cylinder and that is why you don't have enough wire to reach the connector for the front cylinder?

Thanks for your help guys. After looking into removing the tank(something I just don't like to do), I tried routing it under the right side of the bike, and with a little work it fit perfectly and there was even a little extra wire to spare. I did have a good scare though. After I got her up and running I took a ride, got her good and warmed up, checked the vitals, NO OIL PRESSURE! Then it hit me, I had unplugged the oil pressure sending unit to route the o2 sensor wire behind it and had forgotten to plug it in! DDDDUUUUUHHHHH! Well, now all is fine and the bike has never run better. Thanks again for your help.
