Default 08 Pullback bars, cut your own notches

Hey, I'm looking for a post a couple of weeks ago about cutting the notches in some 08 pullback bars for the TBW. Cause the MOCO don't have em yet. They had some very good detailed pictures with dimensions. I want to buy the 07 pullback bars and cut the notches myself for my 08 Ultra with ABS. If you remember it let me know.

you da man, exactley what I needed, now I can buy the 07 pullback bars and modify them for my 08 ultra, just wondering if you need to cut a hole a few inches up the bars for the wires to come out? or it might allready be there. I here there is 6 inches of slack in the TBW in the fairing.

i am looking to put the moco touring pullbacks on my 08 flhx is that possible. I see you can extend the fly by wire system and cut notches in the bars but what about the cruise and the abs brake system do you have to do anything with them?

I was told that you have to also cut the right bar 1/2 inch shorter as well as cut the notches.

Took in that pic about 10 posts up and the dealer might cut the 1/2 inch off the right bar and cut the notches in my pullback bars, if not I told them I would do it and they will install the chrome on the bars, I just didn't want to change them twice. Didn't want to wait on the 08 pullbacks to become available. There is 6 1/2 inches of slack in the TBW, and as far as I know you don't need to do anything with the cruise and ABS, however you will need a new clutch cable for the pullback bars.
