You can USE any aftermarket battery you want to but I wouldnt use anything BUT a sealed AGM type. The Harley battery is made byYuasa. You can get a Yuasa lable battery from Draga lttle cheaper + shipping so why not get an HD battery locally. And if there is something wrong with the battery on your 07 it IS still under warranty, go see your dealer.
