No sheet needed. Remove bags and seat. remove fender strut covers. Loosen the 4 lower muffler support/fender rail bolts. remove the 4 upper support tube fender rail bolts.Remove support tube. Install stealth rack. Reverse order of bolt removal/loosening. Reinstall all remaining parts. Done!

Ive got the service manual, spend time looking over the bike. It looked as simple as that.
I just know that every time something LOOKS or SEEMS like it should be simple, theres some hidden trick I didn't know about that allows me to **** things up in spectacular fashion
(trunk docking points anyone?)

It worked great, but the fender bolt on the jiffy stand side was a bitch to get started. I should have used my wheel chock to stand my bike up straight.
