13" (Baggernation) apes on my 08SG
I'm pissed now [:@] thought I'd be picking my bike up from the stealer today as I had them Install my 13"apes from baggernation.
1st of all every1 including me was or who still isworried about the FlyByWire extension turns out that is the least of your worries if you plan on adding these. No problems there at all
Talked with Baggernation great support there no complaints and had to extend the cables +8.
Everything was going fine until the tech went to connect the brake cable back into the mastercylinder there. Turns out the bolt is to short. With the new brake cable the fitting on the end is a lil bigger then the stock one. they have longer boltsbut only for 07 as 08's are now ametric fitting there. So I'm on Ice til Tuesday.
I hope he can get a longer bolt this might be a big *** up here .. I'm thinking might have to try some diff cables.
Any opinions here .
