I want to buy a Zumo 550 anda trailer this spring. I am heading up to Americade this June. Should I shop around now or wait and see if I will get a good price in Lake George? If I get a trailer up there will there be vendors that sell and install hitches?
I am thinking of putting a Fat Boy style front wheel on my Ultra. Does anyone have a picture of one with a solid front wheel on there bagger? Any problems fitting it. Where's the best deal on a chromed one? Sorry for so many questions, thanks in advance. Wes
I'm sure there will trailer vendors there, but it doesn't hurt to order one ahead of time and pick it up at the rally, if you know what you want. I ordered a Bushtec RoadStar trailer early in the summer of 2000 and picked it up in Sturgis in August....they installed the hitch and wiring harness at the time, but I had made an appointment with them for the day and approximate time I wanted to get the bike in. If you are there early the first day you might be able to find the vendor you want and get the bike in without much waiting.
