Brnew, I surly mean ON Disrespect, on the bodybuilding forms we say I do not mean to flame you ...

But the sales Mgr at the dealer is riding a 2006 Street Gulide with BUB 7 TD's and I personally do not care for the sound. Thats what I like about all these bikes different strokes for different folkes !
You shouldn't have to worry about flaming anybody, you should give be able to give yer opinion and if somebody don't like it than they hear or see threw different eyes and ears than you. Beauty is in the eyes of the beholder.
I got a 2 buddy's with Reinheart true duals. One dude took them off his softail.
I ride with the other buddy. I hate the sound when I'm beside him. they give me a headache. He tried to git me to git a set. I told him I wouldn't put them on my bike if he paid the 900.00 for them .
I wanted performance and be able to git rid of some heat.

If your really looking for preformance stay away from the tru duels ( i'll catch hell for that comment) but when i bought my bike they had the reinhart's on dynoed at 76hp and 88 ft tourque and had a real nice flat spot in the curve. Put on stock pipes with cvo mufflers dynoed again with 81hp and 93ft tourque. i'm at the point where I dont care about sound iy all in how it runs.

Listen to as many pipes as you can before you git them cause it cost for dyno time to redyno them. Some pipes dyno better than others also. What are you lookin for sound, performance or looks ?
Looks and sound, The Street Gulid is a Touring bike but has a bad boy retro look (my opnion) As a touring bike I'm looking that DEEP HD sound, but still want to hear the radio wile cruising. SORRY GUYS I'M NOT LOOKING TO SET OFF CAR ALARMS RIDING BY. (That would be my drean Fat BOB HD #2 just dom't tell my wife..lol)

If you ride that street glide for a while you won't be wantin to git on a Fat Bob any more. The street glide really rides good man. With the fairing and floor boards yer bike rocks. It is one of HD hottest bikes. After you ride it for a while you will understand. The air shocks on back are nice too.
