It's Alive !!!
Got everything put back together today, went together real nice, no problems at all. Turned the ignition on, hit the start button, and it sprang to life better then it ever has. No bad noises, no extra parts.........it's all good. And, I must say that the Woods Cams are very quiet, the HQ cams I removed made more top-end noise. That's a very pleasant surprise, I was a little nervous about all the talk about the Woods cams being very noisy, but these 6G's are the quietest cams I've had in the bike so far except for stock.
95" S/E Flattop Pistons with the reliefs opened up a bit(just to be safe)
Woods TW-6G cams
Big Boyz Heads with 1.9 intake valves & compression releases
78cc chambers = 10-1 CR
0 deck height on both pistons
S/E Adjustable pushrods
Cometic top-end gasket kit with .030 head gasket
DTT TCFI Wego IID auto-tune EFI system
Baisley Spring
Fatcat 2-1 with quiet baffle
Zippers 320 cfm air cleaner
S/E Triple Platinum plugs
S/E Clutch spring
Checked the CCP before I fired it up, just a hair under 200 on both cylinders.
Won't be able to take it for a ride anytime soon, but as soon as I get a good day.........I'll be on her for sure.
