As some of you know when I bought my "01 King it had a D&D Fat cat 2into1 pipe on it. Well it still does but I like the look of dual pipes so I bought a ghost pipe from D&D and I need a bracket to install it. The bracket that bolts on top of transmission(I think) is missing. Does anyone know the bracket I am talking about or possible have one or know where I can get one? I stopped by the dealer and even showed them what i needed on a King they had on the floor but they were unable to find it on there parts computer. I NEED this bracket to complete my dual look. All help is appreciated. THANKS!!
Can any one tell me what good this bracket is? Reason I'm asking is I just put on a set of V&H true duels, which has their own bracket, can't make it work no matter what I do to it,the O2 sensor is in the way of bolting it up. When I try to bolt it to the other bracket that fastens onto the mufflers it nut is to short and since it's made on the bracket that bolts to the mufflers it will not work. Was thinking about leaving it off, unless it has a good reason why it's needed or I'll have to have something fabricated. Any help is appreciated. Not trying to hijack your thread, but I spent two hours today trying to bolt that damn thing up without any luck.
