Hi can any one tell me what extra length brake line i will need to fit to my 2001 Roadking now i am fitting 12.5" Wild 1 chubby apes, i am going to upgrade to stainless braided lines.[8D] and do i need a longer cluch cable? I have already ordered the extended wiring harness for the hand controls, is there any thing else i need to concider before the install? thanks in advance for any help
i got the same bars i went with 6 over for all the cables and wires seems to be about right you might be able to go with a +4" but i figured better to much than not enough know what i mean.
I have the same bike and same bars as you. When I did my bars I had the same questions as you.I know it sounds crazy, but what works for one bike doesn't always work for the next bike. I will try to find the post and show you what I mean. In the mean time I would order just the bars, mount them on your bike and measure.
