I put them on my 2003. My tourpack is not detachable but I think you could install a connection in the wire harness and unplug it when removing the tourpack. Timplates come with the speakers. Be careful drilling the holes in the fiberglass. Good Luck and enjoy your tunes.

Hogtunes Ultrasound comes with pods and you do not need to reprogramthe HK radio which can only be done by the stealership to operate 4 speakers if you buy the HD rear speaker system. The Hogtunes Ultrasound comes with a amp that runs the the new front speakers that come with the Ultrasound and then has the radio power the rear speakers which on mine I took the ones from the fairing and have them as my rear speakers. The Ultrasound comes with a wiring harness that has a disconnect for detactable tourpaks so you can unplug the rear speakers and remove the tourpak.

Hogtunes Ultrasound. Amp plus 2 speakers. Check Ebay stores for the best price or ask PEZ for a forum discount price.
