After 12 months and 15K miles I am very satisfied with my 07 Ultra. Price sounds kind of high for a stock bike, though with all that I've added to mine, I wouldn't take much less than that for mine.
$18k is about the going (dealer) rate for a 2007 Ultra in the Chicago market. The heat issue is the only problem I'm aware of. Most people remedy this with a stage one, orthey have theirdealerdownloadtheheat management re-map.You mightask the dealer if the bike in question has there-map.
Well after just 3 posts its amazing the problems you have... I think you might have bigger problems then oil temps reaching 350F andunder a70 MPH topend with mods I am laughing at you, not with you.

My 07 ultra is a real pile Its been to the dealer somany times and never has gotten fixed It has no low power even with all the mods i have done It runs really hot my oil temp pegs at 350 and when it does the bike will not go over 70 and man does your legs burn mine has 5000miles on it Hope this helps Jerry by the way i only pain 18000 new fully loaded
I have 16k miles on my '07 Ultra. Best bike I've ever owned. Runs great, plenty of power and only had minor warrenty work done to it.
Average retail on a used 07 is @ $17- $18 according to Kelly. NADA is closer to $16. Is this from a dealer of private party? Either way I'd offer $16k and see where they go from there.

Looking at a 2007 ultra classic it has 5853 miles all stock only iso grips he wants $18850
First is that a good price? And second I heard the 07 have a few issues anything I should be worried about?
Thought I would ask the experts
Love the color and the black motor. If it's what you want, buy it. What's a few bucks when it comes buying a dream? You know I'm right . . . and you'll justify the cost eventually.
I have an 07 RK. Took care of heat problem with rjs shields. Added IDS, made a big difference. All for under $500. No problems, love the bike. In today's market price seems a little on the high side.
