Default HELMET LOCK, WHERE TO MOUNT ?
I just ordered a helmet lock. The one that will fit a 7/8 to a 1 1/4 bar. Wondering where most guys mount them on a Ultra Classic. I was thinking the crash bar in front of left saddle bag. Any better ideas. Thanks

That will work on your bike too since you both have lowers.. I don't but was wondering the same thing..

I've got one on either side, mounted to the crash bars in front of the bags.

I don't have a helmet lock, but have a old gun lock that is long enough to loop just about anywhere. Nothing that a knife won't take care of, but better than just sitting there.

I have a 07 Road King Classic and I put mine on the right side saddle bag guard. One word of caution though...make absolute sure that where you put it is exactly where you want it to go. Those screws do not like to come out once you tighten them down. I found out the hard way.

I have installed mine on the LEFT SIDE of my engine guard - So when it's paked it hangs away from from the engine & heat
