Renegade- yes the 3 pocket windshield pouch is a harley item.....The part # is 58900-98B and retail is 99.95. There are several others available from aftermarket companies that are the same except without the emobossed Bar & Shield logo that are around $50-60. It has a thin metal bracket that slips between the windshield and inner fairing. All you have to do is loosen the 3 screwws that hold the windshgield, slip the bracket in and tighten the screws back up.
