None, 91-93 oct is all that's necessary for all but the high compression(10:1+)modified bikes. If you have pinging it is probably bad(old or w/water in it) gas and octane booster will not help that.
Pure toluene or xylene, up to 10% gets 91 octane to almost 104. It's what's in gasoline to begin with, and increases the energy and mileage output of high compression bikes. Don't buy the stuff off the shelf, it's 1/100 as concentrated as pure toluene or xylene, purchased from paint stores, home supply stores, or chemical supply houses.
You can also carry it in MSR 16 or 22 ounce fuel bottles in a saddlebag to boost regular gas up to premium in areas where premium is hard to come by.
Search the web, there is all sorts of formulas using xylene and toluene. I've used theDavid Liles stuff too if you're looking for something to buy off the shelf.
Tolulene and other additives do not raise the octane rating. Been tested and debunked many times. Your engine only needs 93, going higher does not increase performance as octane ratings have little to do with how much power is generated and more to do with how much it will delay ignition.
Tolulene will clean up the injectors and system, but too much of that will also dry out the o-rings in the system.
