Does anyone know how much the digital technician part number HD-44750 is if you can even buy one at all . Was reading in the service manual about idle adjustment and it says you need it to lower idle.

That is a Kent-Moore number which depending on your relationship with your Harley dealer may or may not order it for you. They should, but some will not.
