Hey choochoo why not try this go to another dealer buy filter and take it to them.Or next time fix it your self or be gald the dealers doing it under warranty.By the way did you stop a grocery store on way home.Your g/f called and said pickup some cheese

I have hd several warranty issues with HD. I walked into the dealership and treated the service people with respect and they worked and succeeded in having all issues taken care of to my satisfaction. My guess is that you treated these people the way you rant here. You get more done with a little bit of sugar, rather than a whole lot of vinegar. Face it, you used the Carquest filter to save money a buck or two.
