So these are just crome covers for screws, bolts, etc....?

 

I put the HD ones on and like them they fit really tight and I think they came out cheaper that Hot toppers.

 

Yes, the hot-toppers generally have a friction fit so you just get the right size and press it on over the head of a bolt....really cleans up those spots where you would otherwise see the dull silver of a stock bolt head or nut.
