25psi for two up riding seems about right. Try the 15 psi, but it might seem like you are riding up hill with two up. Through experience I have found that less pressure does not translate into more comfort.

I have had these shocks for about 3 years. I've consistently run about 16-20 lbs in them no matter what type of riding. I think it boils down to personal preference.

By changing in to a lowering shock you have reduced the shocks travel which means you should need additional air pressure for proper clearance . By increasing the air pressure will give you a firmer ride... I would recommend starting @ 25 lbs & working up... I have had lowering blocks to lower my rear and needed to run 50+ as to not bottem out 2-up loaded.
