I had them on my 88,91, and 97 Ultras. When I bought the 02, my parts man would NOT sell me one because the MOCO had decided that they would make the TC 88 run hot.
Go figure!

You mean fork deflectors not wind deflector
The parts manual does say the wind deflectors won't work with lowers, but they do, and they work well.Check the front of my bike on my signature picture, as well as the attached pictures. I did have to adjust my spot lights after installation, as they were thrown off when adjusting the brackets to mount the deflectors to get clearance by the lowers. Many people make the mistake of mounting them backwards, by attaching them to the wrong fork.
I have about 1/4" of clearance when the forks are at full lock, as shown in the picture.
