finally....i got my 1rst ride '08 (michigan)

i finally got a ride in this year, i pulled the bike of my dads heated garage and took if for a 20 mile ride yesterday and broght it home. it wasnt quite 40 degrees, but dry, and i put on some soft lowers a few weeks ago...now if the weather could break..we have snow.rain mix today and supposed to rain tomorrow, im jealous of all of u westerners and southerners..

I'll be running up to MI this summer with some friends. Are you anywhere near Saginaw?

Kinda feel sorry for you guys up there. All I hear this time of year from my buddies up there is how crappy the weather is. But hey, what beats the MI area for riding in the summer?

I'm finding it hard to wait for the summer to roll around so we can go up north on our bike trip. Nothing like riding up north come June

I was born and raised in mich. kazoo area. moved to wyoming 2 years ago for work. will be back in july for a visit. if anyone there is looking for work the west is the place to be. just ask and i will help out. Dale in Casper

give me a heads up when ur coming thru..imabout2.5 hours or so south of saginaw. but if you are heading up thru MI i might be able to hook up with on the way up....

Yup, Michigan winters really suck. (Midland,MI)Have only been out on the bike twice this year. But the temps are starting to rise.

My buddy used to live in Michigan, then he moved to New York. Consequently to say, I never visited him in the winter. Winters are too brutal there for me.
