Step up to the plate........
Sooooo.....I am fairly new to the forum. I try to read a lot of the posts. See what folks are up to, learn from their trial and error (and mistakes), try not to make the same error. Get a feel for who knows what and who doesn't know sheet from shinola.....I found the post about the guardian bell interesting....I have mine on my prince albert....where people hide their gas cap keys....yep...on the prince......scares the OL but my girlfriend really digs the bell......ding dong!!! Anyways.... a little while back, some cat posted that he took his bike apart but couldn't get the thing back together. Seems he could not afford a shop manual....WTF??? Bought a bike but could not afford a manual??? But....apparently many fine folks here at the HDF pdf'd copies of the manual to this cat. I assume that he was able to get it together. That got me to thinking....hell...I have the manual....like to read it at bedtime...but...wait...I don't have the scoot....I need a little help here folks....someone has to throw me a bone! Yep...I need a bike to take apart and put togetherto see if I really have the correct manual and if there are any errors in the manual. Whaddya' say??? Sombody out there got an '08 SG they can loan me for a few weeks??? I am just champing at the bit to take one of these apart. I want to see what really makes them tick...speaking of which... I really want to see if I can solve this transmission noise thing....Don't be bashful....you'll get your bike back.....I promise. Trust me. I am from the IRS and I am here to help.....I got the manual.....
