The answer is...................................... Steering grease!!!!!!!!!! There is a absurd amount under the fairing. It is heating up and dripping/splashing/shooting everywhere. The reason it looks green is because it was a yellowish color when it was clean now since it is dirty it looks green. Thanks for all your help guys.

See that, could have saved you a trip to the stealers, what did I win?
thanks for the responses guys. I never had it lowered and it is an 08 with all stock fluids. it seems to be leaking from the very bottom of the fairing and running down the left fork. I see alot of bearing grease but this is oil............. like splashes on the tank it looks like possibly the top of the fork.
my 08 roadglide...the same thing....it is the steering head bearing grease thinning out. Your forks turn to the left when you park and it runs out of the lower tree on the left side down on top of the cow bell and down the leg...when you ride it blows onto your engine guard, tank and pants leg.
Get in there and wipe off all the excess that has squeezed out.
